My youngest brother Brian represented the Philippines in the 1st World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in Seoul, South Korea from Sept. 4-6. (Poomsae is "forms" in taekwondo. It's sort of like the exhibition part of the martial art. As opposed to the sparring element.) In the men's category for his age bracket (Brian is 21), out of 41 countries, he placed 12th. And in the pairs category, out of 31 countries, he and his partner placed 9th. Congratulations Brian! =D
